I recently had the pleasure of having breakfast at Der Bäcker Ruetz, and I was very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. I ordered the "Großes Frühstück", which is a large breakfast that includes eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, bread, and jam. The food was all cooked perfectly, and it was very tasty. Delicious coffees, pastries and sandwiches! Opens early morning so a great spot for breakfast if you’re visiting Innsbruck! The cheese pretzel was super fresh and tasty, hot chocolate and coffee are good, and a variety of vegetarian options!

We ate in, it has a nice seated area. The filled rolls were great especially, for me, the salmon. Staff were very friendly and it was very well managed.

i just ordered like everyone else, but the workers are as rude as it gets. I don't blame them probably they have a very bad working environment. I will never be back here!
Best place for breakfast in Innsbruck. Various breakfast menu options are available. I would recommend to try muffins and hot chocolate. It’s my personal favorite.

One of my favourite bakeries. Coffee is sometimes too cold. Bread assortment top. Great interior design. Location is very central, close to the court and the hospital. Just around the corner from the city centre. The breakfast offer is good and the price/performance ratio is ok. I always feel comfortable there and like to go there with friends. The big tables in the middle are not my thing when others sit too close and can hear everything you say.
Very rude and cold service. Overpriced cappuccino (more than 3€!) and the pastries weren’t that good.
